**Thomas de Clare

**Thomas was born in 1245 in Thomond, Connaught, Clare, Ireland.  **Thomas' father was **Richard de Clare and his mother was **Maude de Lacy. He had a brother and two sisters, named **Gilbert, **Isabel and **Rohese.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named **John, **Piers and **Eleanor.  He died about 1287 in Thomond, Connaught, Clare, Ireland.
