Her paternal grandparents were DUNCAN I 'THE GRACIOUS' King Of Scots and AETHFLAED (SYBIL) SIWARDSDOTTIR; her maternal grandparents were EDWARD 'THE OUTLAW' Prince (Atheling) Of Engl and AGATHA Von BRAUNSCHWEIG. She had six brothers and a sister, named EDWARD, EDMUND I, ETHELRED, EDGAR, ALEXANDER I 'THE FIERCE', DAVID I 'THE SAINT' and MATHILDA EDITH. She was the second youngest of the eight children.
