Anne was born about 1454 in of, Yorkshire, England. Anne's father was Henry Percy and her mother was Eleanor Poynings. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Dedist of Columb Percy and Eleanor Neville; her maternal grandparents were Richard Poynings and Alianore (Ellanora) Berkeley. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ralph, Henry, Margaret(Margery and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died on July 5th, 1522. She was buried on July 9th, 1522 in St Margaret, Westminster, Middlesex, England.-
