Nehemiah Olmstead 
Nehemiah was born in November 1618 in Fairsted, Essex, England and his baptism took place there on November 10th, 1618. Nehemiah's father was James Olmstead (Olmsted) and his mother was Joyce Cornish. His paternal grandparents were James Olmsted (Olmstead) and Jane Bristow. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Nicholas, James, Faith, Frances, Mabel and Mary. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died in Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut.General Notes
