Joseph Olmstead 
Joseph was born before December 2nd, 1627 in Fairstead, Essex, Eng.. Joseph's father was Richard Olmstead and his mother is Frances Slany. His paternal grandparents were James Olmsted (Olmstead) and Jane Bristow. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, John, Sarah and Rebecca. He is the youngest of the five children.-
