Thomas was born about 1362 in of, Raby, Durham, England. Thomas' father was John Neville and his mother was Maud Dedist of Columb Percy. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Neville and Alice Audley; his maternal grandparents were Henry Dedist of Columb Percy and Idonea Dedist of Columb Clifford. He had a brother and six sisters, named Ralph Dedist of Columb, Alice Dedist of Columb, Eleanor Dedist of Columb, Idina or Iolande, Maud (Matilda) Dedist of Columb, Elizabeth and Miss. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died on March 14th, 1407 in Spm.-
