Hannah was born in October 1634 in of Hartford, Hartford, Conn and her baptism took place in October 1634 in ,Great Bentley, Essex, England. Hannah's father was Matthew Marvin and her mother was Elizabeth Gregory. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Marvin and Margaret UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was Henry Gregory. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Matthew, Samuel, Elizabeth, Marie, Sarah, Rebecca, Abigail and Lydia. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She had a half-sister named Rachel. She died at the age of 77 in September 1712 in Prb.Norwalk, Fairfield, Connecticut.General Notes
