ROGER was born in 1175 in ASHBY, LEICESTER, ENGLAND.1 ROGER's father was ALAN La ZOUCHE and his mother was ALICE De BELMEIS. His paternal grandfather was GEOFFREY De BRETAGNE and his paternal grandmother is HAWISE De BRITTANY; his maternal grandparents are PHILLIP De BELMEIS and MAUD Le MASCHINES.
