John Killip 
John was born on April 30th, 1786 in Bradden Douglas, Isle of Man, England. John's father is William Killip and his mother is Ester or Hester Cross. His paternal grandparents are Thomas Killip and Margaret Creer UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents are John Cross and Ester or Hester Creech. He has five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, William, James Cross, Edmund, Robert, Jane and Anne. He is the oldest of the eight children.-
