ROBERT FITZMALDRED

ROBERT was born in 1170 in RABY, DURHAM, ENGLAND.¹   ROBERT's father was MALDRED FITZDOLFIN and his mother is DAU OF JOHN De STUTEVILLE.  His paternal grandfather was DOLFIN FITZUCHTRED and his paternal grandmother is ALICE (ADELICIA) FITZWALCHER; his maternal grandparents are JOHN De STUTEVILLE and AGNES UNKNOWN.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 54 in 1224.¹ 

‌ROBERT and ISABEL were married in a religious ceremony in 1197 in BRANCEPETH, DURHAM, ENGLAND.²   They had a son named GEOFFREY FITZROBERT.
