AELFGAR Earl Of Mercia

AELFGAR was born in 1002 in MERCIA, ENGLAND.¹   AELFGAR's father was LEOFRIC III Earl Of Mercia and his mother was GODIVA (GODGIFU) Lady Of Coventry.  His paternal grandfather was LEOFWINE Earl Of Mercia and his paternal grandmother is ALWARA Lady Of Mercia. He had a brother named HEREWARD.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 60 in 1062.¹ 

They had three daughters named EALDGLYTH 'SWAN-NECK', LUCY and LUCIA.
