Martha ELLIS 
Martha was born on February 7th, 1856 in Waldron, Sussex, Eng. Martha's father was John Edward ELLIS and her mother was Hannah BARBER. Her paternal grandparents were Edward ELLIS and Martha BURGESS; her maternal grandparents were THOMAS BARBER and Sarah HOAD. She had four brothers and five sisters, named John Edward, George Owen, Thomas Henry, David Moroni, Hannah, Sarah Ann, Fannie Mariah, Ellen Eliza and Ruth Jane. She was the third youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 58 on February 17th, 1914.General Notes
