BALDWIN FITZGILBERT was born in 1020.¹   BALDWIN FITZGILBERT's father was GILBERT 'CRISPIN' D'EU and his mother is GUNNORA D'AUNOU.  His paternal grandfather was GEOFFREY (GODFREY) Count Of Eu and his paternal grandmother is HAWISE UNKNOWN. He had two brothers and a sister, named RICHARD FITZGILBERT, WILLIAM and ELISIE.  He is the oldest of the four children.
