ALMODIS (AUMODIS ADELMODE) was born in 1070 in LA MARCHE, NORMANDY.1   ALMODIS (AUMODIS ADELMODE)'s father was ADALBERT De La MARCHE and her mother was PONCIA (PONCE) UNKNOWN.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 46 in 1116.1
