Isabell was born about 1532 in London, London, England.  Isabell's father was Robert Brooke and her mother was Katheryn (Westby or Weld). She had three brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, John, Humphrey, Frances and Margaret.  She is the second youngest of the six children.
