THOMAS BARBER 
THOMAS was born in 1823 in Chiddingly, Sussex, Engl. THOMAS' father was THOMAS BARBER and his mother was Sarah HOAD. His paternal grandparents are Edward BARBER and Ann Geal; his maternal grandfather was THOMAS HOAD and his maternal grandmother is Sarah GASSON. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Henry, Benjamin, David, (Son), Mary Ann, Martha, Ruth, Hannah, Eleanor, Charlotte and Harriett. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 83 in 1906.General Notes
