Cornelius Tinsley 
Cornelius was born about 1644 in James City Co, VA,. Cornelius' father was Thomas S Tinsley and his mother was Elizabeth Randolph. His maternal grandfather was John Randolph. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas S, Richard, Edward, Alice, Sicily, Mary and Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died before 1748.General Notes
