Kenneth Frederick Locke

Kenneth Frederick's father was Frederick Arthur Locke II and his mother was Phyliss Boynton.  His paternal grandparents were Frederick Mclean Moffatt Locke and Anna Lieber. He had a brother and two sisters, named David Edward, Dianne Elizabeth and Lisa Anne.
