Flippie Locke

Flippie's father was Fredrick Authur Locke and her mother was Annie Mclean Moffatt.  Her paternal grandparents were John Henry Locke and Fanny Winterson; her maternal grandparents were James Moffatt and Mary Mclean Dunipice. She had a brother and two sisters, named Frederick Mclean Moffatt, Beth Ellen and Florence.
