Bion was born on November 30th, 1870 in ShelbyCo,KY. Bion's father was James Flournoy Wilcoxson and his mother was Elizabeth 'Bettie' Willis Mahorney. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Wilcoxson and Nancy Miles. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Julius Meriwether, Victor F., Anna Kennedy and Betsy Morris. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 72 on October 2nd, 1943 in JeffersonCo,KY.-
