Andrew J. was born on July 17th, 1818 in GreenCo,KY. Andrew J.'s father was William Wilcoxson and his mother was Catherine Wilcoxson. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Wilcoxson and Sarah 'Sallie' Faulkner. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Green Craig, William C.
