Colonel was born on December 24th, 1861 in Taylor Co.,Kentucky. Colonel's father was Jeremiah Ivy , Jr. Warren and his mother is Lybba Linville. His paternal grandfather was Jeremiah Warren and his paternal grandmother is Mary Martin; his maternal grandparents are Preston Linville and Mary Salsman. He had two sisters named Ann E. and Tyriss. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named James S., Julia A. and Eliza E.. He died at the age of 97 in 1958.1 General Notes
