Rachel Skaggs

Rachel was born in 1803. Rachel's father was Henry Skaggs and her mother is Sarah Ann Lacefield. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Skaggs and Elizabeth Wells. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Henry ,Jr., Susanna, Sarah, Elizabeth and Sedela. She died at the age of 63 in 1866 in BarrenCo.,Kentucky.
