Burton H. was born on November 24th, 1890 in Kentucky. Burton H.'s father was Dorsey H. Skaggs and his mother was Charlotte DeSpain. His maternal grandparents were Edward L. DeSpain and Susan Elizabeth Warren. He had a brother and a sister, named Gaither G. and Ivy B.. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 78 on November 9th, 1969 in Jefferson Co.,Kentucky.-
