Albert Skaggs 
Albert was born in February 1848 in Green Co.,Kentucky. Albert's father is Elijah Skaggs and his mother is Harriet Skaggs. He has two sisters named Mary J. and Nancy. He is the second oldest of the three children.
They had three sons and two daughters, named Joseph Matthew, Elmer Elliott, William Earnest, Kate and Betty Jane.
