Abraham Davis was born on February 12th, 1805 in Grayson Co.,Kentucky. Abraham Davis' father was James Lindsey Skaggs and his mother was Kessiah Ann Witten. His paternal grandparents were Henry Skaggs and Nancy Davis. He had two brothers named James Lindsay ,Jr. and Martin. He died at the age of 88 on December 21st, 1893 in Upton,Grayson Co.,Kentucky.-
