Cecil George was born on March 13th, 1900. Cecil George's father was Kenneth Virgil McFarland and his mother was Dorcas Morgan. His paternal grandparents were John Brown McFarland and Flora McCraney. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Grover Harris, Kenneth Kirby, Sallie Gladys, Flora Alice and Maggie Lurline. He is the oldest of the six children.-
