Francis Ann McCowen

Francis Ann was born on February 6th, 1855.  Francis Ann's father is James F. McCowen and her mother was Elizabeth Manly. She had a brother and six sisters, named Ruben Henry, Susan Jane, Margaret Clementine, Martha Maltia, Mary Rebecca, Harriet Catharine and Virginia Elizabeth.  She is the second youngest of the eight children.
