Rachel Mariah was born on January 18th, 1852 in William Co.,Texas. Rachel Mariah's father was W. James Juvenall and her mother was Mary Catherine Asher. Her paternal grandfather was John Juvenall and her paternal grandmother is Mary Caughron; her maternal grandfather was Levi Asher and her maternal grandmother is Mary Newkirk. She had a brother and three sisters, named Levi Asher, Minerva A., Margaret and Tabitha. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William J., James Calvin, Josiah, Benjamin Franklin, John, Mary Elizabeth and Cynthia Ann. She died at the age of 65 in December 1917 in Texas.-
