Otto Howell

Otto was born on February 26th, 1923. Otto's father was Bert Howell and his mother was Sarah L. Carter. His maternal grandparents are John F. Carter and Lissie Green. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Walter, Gaines, Unknown, Unknown, Unknown, Alma and Mabel. He died at the age of 7 on September 19th, 1930. He was buried in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery,Green Co.,Kentucky.
