Arthur Carr Harrod

Arthur Carr was born about 1878 in Kentucky. Arthur Carr's father is James W. Harrod and his mother was Louisa Scrogin. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Scrogin and Pamelia M. Bohannon. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Benoni Kendrick, James C., Oscar P. and Cynthia Ann 'Annie'. He died on March 8th, 1897.
