Maude Lee was born on February 8th, 1894. Maude Lee's father was William James Foster and her mother was Mary Cornelia Keahey. Her maternal grandparents were Willis Chalmers Keahey and Sarah Jane Greene. She had a brother and four sisters, named Henry Sylvester, Clara Mae, Janie, Lula Ailean and Nina Belle.
