Richard DeWitt

Richard was born on June 4th, 1840 in Green Co.,Kentucky.  Richard's father is John B. DeWitt and his mother is Mary Spurling.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 49 on February 23rd, 1890.

‌Richard and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on February 2nd, 1864.  They had a son and a daughter, named Stephen Douglas and Molly.

‌Richard and Rachel Jane were married in a religious ceremony on December 18th, 1873.  They had a son and four daughters, named James E., Lizzie B., Susan Emily, Mattie J. and Lou Birde.
