Charles Sumners DeSpain 
Charles Sumners was born on August 25th, 1927 in Weldo,Anderson Co.,Kansas. Charles Sumners' father is Edward S. DeSpain and his mother was Oma Edna Warren. His maternal grandfather was Wilson Caldwell Warren and his maternal grandmother is Mary Marshall Poteet. He had two brothers named Joseph Ellis and Warren Eugene. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 72 on August 28th, 1999 in Leesburg,Lake Co.,Flordia.-
