Jesse B. Daniel 
Jesse B. was born about 1849 in York County,South Carolina. Jesse B.'s father was John Joseph Daniel and his mother was Harriet Brumfield. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Daniel and Jane Simmons. He had a brother and two sisters, named Joseph J., Emily R. and Mary Jane. He is the oldest of the four children.
