William Everitt Blackman 
William Everitt was born in May 1859 in Williamson Co. Texas. William Everitt's father was George Joseph Blackman and his mother was Cynthia Ellen Oxley. His maternal grandparents were Enoch Oxley and Elizabeth Smalley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James Enoch, John Michael, Charles Alexander, Queen Addie, Elizabeth Catherine, Mary Dena and Nancy Evalyn. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers named Everett L. and Ernie M.. He died at the age of 70 on February 18th, 1930 in Mills,Texas.-
