James Riley and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on November 14th, 1803. They had nine sons and five daughters, named Martin Carrell, Isaac, Reuben, Wiley Payne, James Tillman, John Franklin Lafayette, Andrew Jackson, Lafayett, William Hackley, Hannah Caroline, Elizabeth, Sally, Nancy Chumy and Eliza Maria.

Wiley Payne Allred
Wiley Payne was born on May 31st, 1818 in Farmington,Bedford Co.,Tennessee. He died at the age of 93 on March 28th, 1912 in Castle Valley,Emery Co.,Utah.
