Wiley Payne was born on May 31st, 1818 in Farmington,Bedford Co.,Tennessee. Wiley Payne's father is James Riley Allred and his mother was Elizabeth Warren. His maternal grandfather was Thomas Hackley Warren and his maternal grandmother is Hannah Cothen. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Martin Carrell, Isaac, Reuben, James Tillman, John Franklin Lafayette, Andrew Jackson, Lafayett, William Hackley, Hannah Caroline, Elizabeth, Sally, Nancy Chumy and Eliza Maria. He died at the age of 93 on March 28th, 1912 in Castle Valley,Emery Co.,Utah.-
