Richard de Sutton

Richard was born in 1193 in Sutton-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, England. Richard's father was Hervey IV de Sutton and his mother was Mrs. Hervey IV de Sutton. His paternal grandparents were Hervey III (Hugh) de Sutton and Elizabeth Patrick. He had three brothers named Robert, Rowland and Thomas. He was the second oldest of the four children.
