Agnes was born about 1194 in Neuchatel, Switzerland. Agnes' father was Ulric III de Neuchatel and her mother was Yolande de Urach Arberg. Her paternal grandfather was Ulric II de Neufchatel; her maternal grandparents were Egion IV der Bartige of Urach and Agnes of Zahringen. She was an only child. She died after 1244.-
