Friedrich Christian Ziegler 
Friedrich Christian was born in 1727 in Verket, Lesja, Oppland, Norway. Friedrich Christian's father was Reinhold Heinrichsen Ziegler and his mother was Annie Marie Jensdotter Flor. His paternal grandfather was Heinrich Ziegler; his maternal grandparents were Jens Olsen Flor and Brigitte Olsdatter. He had four brothers and a sister, named Johan Heinrich Reinholtsen, Jens Reinholtsen, Casper Reinhold Reinholdsen, Theodore Georg and Birgitte Marie. He is the youngest of the six children.-
