Samuel T. was born on January 13th, 1784 in Scituate, Massachusetts. Samuel T.'s father was Benjamin Woodworth and his mother was Abigail Bryant. His paternal grandfather was Benjamin Woodworth and his paternal grandmother is Hannah Cudworth. He had a brother and two sisters, named Benjamin, Abigail and Anna. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 58 on December 9th, 1842 in New York City, New York.General Notes
