Anne was born in Alnwick, Northumberland or Ainwick Northum, Grafton, Bromsgrove, Worcesterhire, England.  Anne's father was Humphrey Stafford and her mother is Catherine Fray.  Her paternal grandparents were Humphrey Stafford and Eleanor Aylesbury; her maternal grandparents are John Fray and Agnes Danvers.  She was an only child.  She died in 1508 in England.  She was buried in Well, Yorkshire, England.
