James Slane 
James was born in 1763. James' father was Daniel Slane and his mother was Anna Caudy. His paternal grandfather is Stephen Slane. He had three brothers and a sister, named Hugh, Benjamin, Thomas and Jane. He died at the age of 66 in 1829 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia).
James and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony on February 19th, 1786.
