John Christian Shaver 
John Christian was born on November 12th, 1865. John Christian's father was Simon Shaver and his mother was Anna Barbara Simon. His paternal grandparents were Palser Jr. Shaver and Ann Christina Mitchell; his maternal grandparents were Michael Simon and UNKNOWN Catherine. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Michael Simon, Ephraim Balser Jacob, Edmund Clark, Anna Catherine, Mary Virginia, Priscilla Rebecca, Sarah Susan Elizabeth and Martha Grace. He is the second youngest of the nine children.-
