John Shaver 
John was born in 1786 in Pennsylvania or Virginia. John's father was John Shaver and his mother was Leah Norris. His paternal grandparents were Paul Shaver and Elizabeth Vogt. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Dresilla. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Paul, Jacob, Charles and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 86 on March 17th, 1872 in Marion County, West Virginia.-
