Sijten Sophia Rittenhouse

Sijten Sophia was born in 1690. Sijten Sophia's father was Nicholas Rittenhouse and her mother was Wilhelmina Dewees. Her maternal grandparents were Gerrit Hendricks De Wees and Sijtie Lievens. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Henry, Mathias, Psyche Peggy, Maria Christina, Catherine and Susanna. She is the oldest of the eight children.
