Jacob Jr. was born on February 26th, 1774 in Randolph County, West Virginia. Jacob Jr.'s father was Jacob Riffle and his mother was UNKNOWN Dorothy. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Riffle and Elizabeth Craft. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Peter, Francis, George Strunk, Isaac Conrad, Mary, Dorothy, Christina, Elizabeth and Catherine. He died at the age of 90 on July 1st, 1864 in Braxton County, West Virginia.-
