Joseph Rickel 
Joseph was born on March 15th, 1765 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Joseph's father was George Michael Rickel and his mother was Anna Elizabeth Bosshartin. His paternal grandparents are Georg Ruckel and Elizabeth Miller. He had four brothers named George, John, Michael L. and Heinrich. He is the second youngest of the five children.
