Samuel Phelps 
Samuel was born in Simsbury, Hartford County, Connecticut. Samuel's father is Josiah Phelps. He was an only child. He died after 1719.
‌Samuel and Rachel were married in a religious ceremony on June 4th, 1712 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut. They had three sons and two daughters, named James, Samuel, Shadrick, Mary and Tryphena.
